At Varches Skin & Body Studio, we hope you are completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchase a product from us online, you normally have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it.
Once you have notified us, you should return the item(s) to us within 14 days.
To request a return, please email info@varchesstudio.co.uk with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return, if you would like to provide one
We will then provide you with the relevant return instructions.
Cosmetics & Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain cosmetic, skincare, beauty and personal care products cannot be returned once they have been opened, used or unsealed, where they were supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes.
If you have changed your mind, please do not open or break the seal on the product.
This restriction does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Condition of Returns
Where a product is eligible for a change-of-mind return, please return it in its original condition and, where applicable, unopened, unused and with its original packaging and seals intact.
We may reduce a refund where permitted by law if a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning and its value has been reduced as a result.
Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it so that we can advise you on the appropriate return arrangements.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@varchesstudio.co.uk.
Please include your order number and details of the problem. We may also ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item, or you have provided acceptable evidence that it has been returned where applicable, we will process any refund due to you.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel the whole order, your refund will include the standard delivery charge you originally paid, where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.
We aim to process refunds promptly and, where your statutory cancellation rights apply, within the timescales required by UK consumer law.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the refund to your account after we have processed it.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact us at info@varchesstudio.co.uk.
Where we are unable to offer a direct exchange, you may need to return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
